The machining center machine has a-shaped straddle structure, which is optimized for THREE-DIMENSIONAL diameter reduction, reducing the vibration of the machine tool during strong cutting and making the machine tool more rigid. 4. Machining center high speed and high rigidity spindle unit combined with servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z adopts high torque servo motor. X/Y/Z three-way guide rail adopts hard track design, fixed surface adopts ultra-high frequency quenching process after precision grinding; The sliding surface is made of high strength wear-resisting material with plastic tape.
